12/365 in 2018 so far (#3)

This 365 project is ticking along for me and does not seem like too much work. I think that's a good sign that I will continue! A year long goal -find out more about the project HERE

I like to prep the small 4x4" canvases I'm using with various bases, let them dry, and then come back over the next 3 days to "finish" them. Somehow, I've gotten into the habit of working with 3 canvases at a time and that has been successful. What I like best is my approach to these canvas boards: I think of it as 'playtime' and experimenting time, probably because I thought that would help make doing them and doing this very large project, seem less intimidating. It's working! I have six canvases to share with you ---> #'s 7 -12. Any questions, let me know via the contact form -or the comment section below. Thanks for stopping by!

I am enjoying exploring different bases for the canvases by using gesso, fiber paste and molding paste . . .

Part of the joy of looking at art is getting in sync in some ways with the decision-making process that the artist used and the record that’s embedded in the work.
