Double Exposures and more in my Muse Journal

double exposure

Our grandson and the River!

I recently played around creating double exposures, this time using the Diana Photo app. I’ve found this app to be a simple way to make double exposures. It’s fun to flip through the various filters or change one of the photos to see what you can come up with! I made a brand new page on my website, titled more double exposures, showcasing my recent attempts. ;O) see what you think!

There is also another new web page published: Muse Art Journal.

I’ve added some new art journal pages I’ve done since my last blog post on 11/6 that I really like; they are very colorful! I went back to the first email & the process video that Tammy shared with us in her weekly Muse email. It was a collage technique (my fave!) and something I had not tried before. You can see my results on the new page & catch up with my earlier spreads if you missed them.

what fun! Here’s a peek at my latest muse Art Journal page . . .

Creativity belongs to the artist in each of us. To create means to relate. The root meaning of the word art is “to fit together” and we all do this every day. Not all of us are painters but we are all artists. Each time we fit things together we are creating – whether it is to make a loaf of bread, a child, a day.
