This hardcover scrap journal was created with a vintage book cover. The original pages of the book were removed and replaced with a signature of scrap papers. The added pages were then painted, collaged & stamped > learn more about scrap or junk journals here. The project is one of four found in The Art Journal Maker Course, by Roben-Marie Smith and is taught by Michelle Schratz. It is not difficult to make and has the benefit of using up your scrap papers! Included in my journal are some wonderful watercolor pieces by artist Sharon Borsavage.
